Product characteristics:
- ESC-748G has high thermal stability and low volatility, so will not degrade in high temperature
- Excellent mold release and flow properties, it is also a good release agent in molding
- In the extrusion and molding process, ESC-748G act as an effective lubricant
- Low dosage is need, 0.1-0.5% is enough for application, excellent choice for transparent products
- Used in PC (polycarbonate), nylon (PA), thermoplastic polyester (PET, PBT, etc.), PPO, PPS, rubber and other engineering plastics
- ESC-748G also help in dispersion and can improve surface glossiness of the product
